Please note that the final price may vary depending on the condition of the windows, access requirements, or additional cleaning needs discovered at the time of service. Any significant changes in price will be communicated to you before proceeding with the work.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, or credit card payments. If payment is not received at the time of service, we reserve the right to charge a late fee or suspend future services.

Additional Charges:

In some cases, additional charges may apply for services requiring difficult access (e.g., second-story windows, ladders, or scaffolding) or for special cleaning needs such as heavy grime or hard water stain removal. You will be informed of any additional charges prior to beginning the work.

Limitation of Liability:

We are not responsible for broken windows or screens that were already damaged prior to our service. If any damage is found to be pre-existing, we will notify you immediately and proceed with the cleaning as per your instructions. Please inspect all windows and screens prior to our arrival to ensure they are in good condition. To ensure your furniture and any items stay safe, please move anything you don’t want damaged away from windows prior to our service. 

Residential Service Agreement:

By accepting this estimate, you agree to the terms of our standard residential service agreement. A cору of this agreement, outlining the scope of services, pricing, and liabilities, will be provided upon request.
