From the time I was a young boy in the Dominican Republic I started working for myself to help my family make ends meet. I sold peanuts, coconut candy, shined shoes, cleaned houses, worked in rice fields and sold toilet tissue. When I had the opportunity to live in America my desire to work for myself only grew stronger.
